For the short corner “big fish” position in your spread. This lure is 13.5 inches long and weighs 13 oz. unrigged. You can troll this lure at speeds ranging from 5 to 10 knots. Its semi-soft, keel weighted flow thru head design sports a built in dive plane. This flow thru head design helps to create lots of skirt wiggle, reduces the drag / pull of this large faced lure and causes the lure to stay sub-surface longer then what is typical for a “Marlin lure”.  The “dive” cycle of the lure is longer during the dive, pop, splash cycling.  The DAKAR is very much a high visibility lure.
